In addition to all of the
technician requirements, instructors must also log 20 teaching hours
of CPS instruction. At least 10 of these hours must be from teaching
32hr certification courses; the other 10 hours may be from teaching
32hr certification courses or a renewal course.
Teaching hours are
automatically tracked by the system through the course
administration & finalization process. That simply means that you
are not responsible for inputting your own teaching hours because
they will already be accounted for online.
